Relax as your driver guides you through a narrated tour of Victoria and the surrounding area and on to Butchart Gardens.  Your journey begins at the Mile Zero monument marker – which is the start of the Trans-Canada Highway and the home of the Terry Fox statue. Butchart Gardens is Victoria’s ‘gem’ and a National Historic Site of Canada. Experience the springtime beauty of the multitude of bulbs, flowering trees and shrubs.

Board the bus and you will be guided through a narrated tour of Victoria and the surrounding area with it’s scenic panoramic coastline, and rich history.

Then on to the Saanich peninsula to the Sea Cider Farm & Ciderhouse. Sip your way through some of Vancouver Island’s best, sipping ciders while you enjoy a charcuterie plate featuring locally sourced breads, sausage and cheeses.

Then board the bus for the next stop, a tasting tour of handcrafted single malt whisky and craft beers at the Victoria Caledonian Brewery and Distillery.

In the morning, slip behind the scenes of the Royal BC Museum and discover where they keep the boxes, bins and jars!  This tour will focus on textiles, embroidery, beading and weaving. Discover fascinating things about indigenous, contemporary indigenous and early settlers. Experience the working environment of the researchers and staff.

Lunch on your own.

During the afternoon, take a self-guided walking tour of Victoria’s Inner Harbour and explore “the town” at your own pace. Walk about and take in the vibe of the city along the Inner Harbour Causeway. Enjoy a close-up look at the historic landmarks such as totem poles and the BC Parliament Buildings, the arts, shops and other popular attractions such as horse-drawn carriage, all within close proximity. Tour #4   Explore the Inner Harbour

Discover the Inner Harbour from the water, onboard Victoria Harbour Ferry boats. A guided tour of the harbour showcases our historic landmarks – the Parliament Buildings, First Nation sacred territories, unique float-home communities and amazing views of seaplanes taking off and landing. You may even catch a glimpse of an otter or a harbour seal!

Hop off at Fisherman's Wharf for ice cream or fish & chips, on your own or just head back to the Empress Dock with your Captain.

After lunch on your own, take a short 5-minute walk along the Inner Harbour Causeway to the Robert Bateman Centre. This gallery of art and nature features legendary Canadian artist, Robert Bateman. Learn about the stories behind his paintings and visit the galleries with a multi-media video and an interactive bird song gallery.
